    Problems with Google Adwords

    Hello.

I've been working on some flash banners that are meant to be used with Google Adwords. I use Koomoves 6.2.0 and everything seems fine, except that when I try to upload the ads I get the following error message:
"Encountered flash error - ad cannot use mouse tracking."

I've been trying to find a solution for this online but with no success. It seems like something very simple to fix, but since I'm not very experienced I'm not getting anywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is this the exact wording of the error message? I am trying to Google it.

Did you use a clickTag action so that an url can be passed.

Hi Bob thanks for taking the time to help me out.

Yes, that's the exact message I receive. I made a simple flash banner and tried to upload it, the first message I received mentioned that I needed to add ClickTAG in order for the banner to be accepted. I followed the Koolmoves instructions on how to set up ClickTAG and once it was done I tried to upload it. That's when I received the "Encountered flash error - ad cannot use mouse tracking" message.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

The error is probably caused by ActionScript located inside the swf that isn't accepted by AdWords.

AdWords does not allow the specific tracking of user interactions that don't involve clicks.

Yes, I had read that too. But how do I change my swf file to prevent this mouse tracking issue? Sorry for all these questions, but I'm a complete beginner with Flash.

Do you have any buttons with actions in the movie?
