How would you do this?
They want the site out of frames. Is there anyway to keep content at the top and not use frames and or iframes? I know spiders do not like them. How would you do it without frames? That is a lot of information and a lot of scrolling

Google for fixed header. That would be one way to do it.

Naa, you don't need to look up anything about a fixed header. Instead of your iFrame, use a <div> and give it a definite height/width in css, and set overflow:auto. You'll have the exact same effect without the actual iFrame.

You, my friend sound like you know what you are talking about. I am going to try it. Will be back if I have any questions.
PS.
I am going to eat your friend.
