    Publishing for widescreen presentation running off of pc

    Hi guys,

    I know this is going to be a laughable easy question for you to answer...

    I'm building a flash presentation but want to run it from a pc laptop which will then be plugged into a 50" Plasma screen running 16:9 ratio.

    When I hit the Function to switch screens, because of the laptop format it stretches my widescreen flash presentation even further making my logos and images look ridiculous.... is there a way of viewing a flash presentation on a widescreen format so that it doesn't stretch and look stupid (other than creating my movie wider, then publishing my movie at 80 percent scaling on the width for instance, so that it then stretches out to 100%...

    help!

    ta

    I dont know if it will help but try putting this on a layer with this in the action code:

    fscommand("fullscreen", "true");
    fscommand("allowscale", "true");

    Hi

    Thanks for the tip...

    I did add this code yesterday and it does scale up how i want it to. The main problem was that the laptop screen physically stretches, however, I have spoken to the actually company now that are hosting the flash presentation and they assure me that as long as i create my presentation in a widescreen pixel size, they will assure it's proportion when presented.

    Thanks again anyway!
