Frame capture Limited by Screen Size?

    Greetings,

I am creating some .jpg images for use on a web site by making frame captures in KoolMoves. The problem is that I can not capture a frame higher than 960 pixels. It says that my screen size is limiting the capture. When I check my preferences (in Windows Vista), it says I am working on a 1280 X 1080 Screen size. I don't get it!!

It IS true that at the 1X screen view, I am limited to a vertical field view of 960 pixels between my control bars, but what does that have to do with anything.

More important, is there a work-around? I want to capture some 1280 pixel height images. If the answer is staring me in the face, please just direct me to it.

Thank you - Baran aka FlashPast

Can you increase the screen resolution of your monitor to more pixels?

    Screen Resolution is at maximum

    Greetings Bob,

No, my screen resolution from my control panel (and personal settings) allows a maximum on 1280 X 1024.

Does the nature of the dilemma mean that a larger screen, or one that can show more pixels on my work area will allow the larger movie frame capture? (I am pretty sure you will say yes, and I am not ready to invest in a new monitor.) I guess I will have to re-size.

Thanks for the Clarification - Baran
