I have a client who uses Picassa (NOT the Web Albums) to manage his images locally and I'm looking into how I can let him use that to let him display his images on his website in a flash "viewer." I've seen several different flash photo galleries that "integrate" with Picassa, but most of them pull from public web albums (which he's not sure he wants to have online through Picassa web, so I'm looking into letting him use a private album) and many of them require the user to be able to upload the images and xml files, which I would like to avoid since he's NOT a web savvy guy.

Any ideas?
