I'm making a self running FLASH/CDROM for both mac and pc. I want the user to be able to click on a button which will cause a window to pop up and give the user an option to create a new folder and select certain files to be copied off the CDROM to their hardisk.

This can typically be accomplished by dragging the files directly off the CD, but I want these files to be hidden-any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Your going to have to write a program to do what you want..
If it's a installer your after go with InstallShield or Wise's InstallMaker (these are considered some of the best)

Or if you want to go with programming might I suggest Delphi or C++

Thanks-I was suspecting this might be the case but I needed to put it out there. Your suggestions of the installer softwares is particularly useful. Again, your response is much appreciated.
