Click to See Complete Forum and Search --> : Streaming sound makes animation jumpy

I have created a music track that I want to be synchronised with my animation. If I use event, the animation is good and smooth (I'm using 24 fps), but it is not synchronised, and plays differently each time. If I use stream, the animation becomes jumpy and seems to miss some frames (in accordance with the user documentation.)
Is there anyway to stream the music and keep smooth animation?
Please help - my site depends in it!
(You can see it in it's current "event" state at http://www.mhltd.dircon.co.uk/One4Ten/flash/one4ten-interim.html)

Oops - sorry about that. Lookslike I encluded a ")" ath the end of the hyperlink.

Try this one: http://www.mhltd.dircon.co.uk/One4Ten/flash/one4ten-interim.html

The version published is with event sound and is therefore not jumpy. If you like, I can publish a streaming "jumpy" version as well. I'll do it tonight.

Sorry about the mistake, and thanks for your help.

Ok i checked out your site.
First i'd like to say i liked it.
Nice site keep up the good work.

One thing i noticed is that during the preload intro you had some background music
more like ambient sounds.Right?
Ok well as the site was preloading the ambient sound were "clicking" like an old record that is skipping.
Now after about 60 seconds it stoped and was clean.

Every thing else was Awsome.

Tell me all the details.

I went there at 11:35 pm E.S.T
So you must have set it to streaming right?
