I have a great deal of experience in action scripting as well as flash in general. I have made games and other programs, but have not yet had a reason to deal with video. Now i have a reason but lack the knowledge in this area. Can someone tell me a good place to start, do you know of any good tutorials. I don't know which format is the best avi, mpeg, .mov Should I link externally or import. Any help in general video knowledge would be greatly appreciated. In case this helps what I am doing is creating a blueprint of a house in flash and when you click on the rooms it goes to a video that scans across the room. I hope someone can help.

P.S if someone has a simple file using video that I can look through that would be great.

The best format to input into flash is .flv
