Hey all. I am willing to put my self to the test and battle one of you. I have been wanting to push Illustrator to the limits and feel that I need some help doing so. If you feel game then step up to the plate and lets dance...

Guidelines:
-size must stay the same. 500x500 pixels.
-must leave one element from previous attempt.
-can use any version of Adobe Illustrator (no plug-ins)
-can use any filters or effects contained in the version of your choice.
-2 day or earlier return
-5 attempts each.

All Illustrator. Good luck. Look forward to seeing what you come up with. You will probably have to compress the jpeg when you save for the web also. I saved it at High / 60%...

Battlers
It appears that both of you know the tools (illustrator) very well and have no shortage of ideas, however if I might make a suggestion; In some cases your design seem busy to the point of exhaustion. Are you familiar with the use of white space? One way to challenge a design is if you can not justify an element placement on the page remove it. Now there are exceptions to every rule but I believe one must know the rules in order to break them. Good job on your volleys with some effort spent learning design principles your design are sure to improve.

p.s. If you'd like to create a new battle I'd love to try. It's always fun to view the battle threads.
