Hi,

I'm building a website to showcase my photography and want to use SlideShowPro (http://www.slideshowpro.net/) and SSPAdmin (http://www.sspadmin.com/) to create and manage the Flash image galleries. I can handle the html side of things, but I would also like to customize the look of SlideShowPro. Unfortunately, I don't know Flash, so I'm considering hiring someone to do this for me. According to the SSP forums it can be customized, but requires fairly extensive knowledge of actionscripts and event listeners.

All I want to do is change the default navigation of SSP to scrolling thumbnails. The default navigation is not intuitive at all and I would like to simplify it for use on my site.

I have no idea what kind of time or money would be required to complete a project like this, but if anyone has experience with this I would be very interested in talking to you to see if we can come up with a price.

Thanks,

Andrew

maker that is all controlled via xml. all you have to do is tell the xml where to look for the files which can be placed in an image folder on your server. the thumbnails bounce in and then can scroll left and right as you mouse over the area. the scrolling only occurs if you have multiple images loaded in. its open source and i would only be asked to be paid the amount of time it would take me to set up the file and get it started for you and any admind stuff. i am a graphic designer and programmer and would like to help you. i charge a reasonable 20/hr for this type of work.

thanks,

Jonathan

What a coincidence!
I was just about to go purchase that package for a client.
He wants to have multiple images as thumbnails and view them.
I'm doing it this week. I could do yours at the same time.
If interested, please contact me on MSN or mail me at:

Look forward to working with you,
