Are here flash-freelancers who already have made a contract which I could read???
I am just starting, and I won't invent the wheel again. So if I could read contracts you already have made I would be very pleased.
Thanks,

I prefer to avoid paper work :D

I work on 50% of quote upfront, 50% on satisfactory completion of the project.

That way covers both me for my initial work, and my client who doesn't pay the second half until he's happy.

I have an example of a professional contract that covers most of the pitfalls and considerations to completing a project. It is in Word format and I can send it to you if you wish. It is a 13 page contract and, while it is entirely equitable, it is designed to cover the developers interests.

Hi, guess at it, get enough to cover your estimated time...

say 2 them::

"i think it will be "
"it will b roughly"
"it will b between 255 and 555"

and say may be slightly more or possibly less

you'll get better at judging as time goes on, if your learning, dont charge per hour...

get a set fee & learn

hope this helps
