What would you do, if money were NOT a concern in your life?
sitting on the edge of the dock ..i look over, my girlfriend smiles a coy lil smile...nothing can be better the kids ride by on their jetskies....the phone rings she answers ...its the stock broker we just made another 250,000 we hope in the pool and enjoy the day....a guy can dream can't he

My choice would be to have a band, play music, do what I feel like I'm here in the world to do. Some people know there are reasons they're in the world, music is mine, and I"m anxiously awaiting the day when I have a band again, playing in front of people again.
Another thing related to that would be my dream of being a classical composer. Sometimes I can't fall asleep at night becuase I'm creating these huge symphonies in my mind, and I'd give anything to be able to get that out of my mind.
It also takes very little to make me happy most of the time, sometimes the simple joy of being alive in the world, able to live one more day is all I need.

I think if money wasn't a concern, I would spend my days traveling around the world, and painting the different scenes I see. This would make me very happy.

well, songs that are more guitar based I do. we have a piano in our house, and I've been playing it a bit more lately to see how different ideas will sound with piano added. I don't know how to play piano, but I've had a good enough ear for music for long enough to be able to sit there and make up some pretty cool stuff.Quote:

One of my main frustrations is when I'm at school, and I get ideas for a song in my head, and I don't have a guitar around to see what the notes are. Lyrics are one thing that I can write anywhere, but if I forget the music, it's hard to go back to it. I usually end up using the lyrics in something that does not have lyrics yet.

If you learn that piano a little better then a keyboard would be perfect for you. This would be right up your aisle. You can download some of the sample sounds to get ideas of what it does, but seeing it in person is the best thing, and much more fun :D
I might be getting one in a few weeks. It will be like Christmas, maybe better ;)
What would I do with my life if I had no necessity?
I would spend a lot of time in museums. And I would play a LOT of piano (something I'm finding less and less time for, although it's been a big part of most of my life).
There are so many things I want to experiment with! Photography, painting, charcoal...
I guess what really fuels me are creativity and variety. :)

the greatest inspiration in my life is music -I just couldnt live without it!
Music has always been there for me for both inspiration and comfort.
Now if i could move to some obscure Greek island with my laptop, my cat (and a phone line please :D) I'd be a very happy bunny indeed !!
