hey everyone, i'm hoping somone can help me here cuz i'm stuck.. i'm a bit new to the linux environment and i'm trying to setup phpMyAdmin for a site i'm doing.
i've got MySQL installed ok and it all works via telnet.
but i want an easier way to setup my databases. i was told PHPmyAdmin is a good one for this.
a few questions. firstly i dont understand the user login thing (editing the config.php thingy) and secondly do i have to install it on root? or somwhere else. i seem to remember about it being on a power user?? or somthing along those lines. what is a power user and how do i set one up?

I'm interested in installing myphpadmin as well, so please, please, share whatever links, resources, etc. you find here!
And you don't have to be flash related in this forum.
