this is one of the nicest sites i have ever seen!
wow. actually going in deep in the menu is great fun. so custom and fast.
i lurve high fps and this makes best use of it
iCEBERG
wow, i had never heard of that site, it's pretty cool.
very nice design, I like the circular interface...sorry to bring it up, but its a has similarities to 2advanced e.g the bright flash buttons, and the highway scene on 'vision'
but in no way a 2A copy...
VERY cool design! definatly added to my 'Flashsites' bookmark folder :)
It has similarities to 2 advanced in the same way that it is has similarities to Yahoo! :
It has buttons, text, sits in a web browser, and has graphics.
great site, I've seen it before (Guy Watson linked to it a couple of weeks ago), and book marked it.
that is very cool! what i want to know is where people get their images from for sites like this, before they photoshop them up, i can never find anything good or interesting enough!
./m
i usually take my own, with images that are used like this you just need a sunny day, some contrast in shadow etc and then you photoshop the hell out of it :)
and i must say the one thing that bugs me about the site is that the 'production' text on the button is just a couple of pixels higher than the rest of the buttons... hehe, it's funny how a little thing like that can bug you :)
It's pretty nice but I've certainly seen better :p What is the deal with the minute text on it?! I like http://www.republikone.com at the moment, simple but very well done :)
Oi, its a good site. :)
Seen better - but its ok.
My imagery - i love doing my own photography - especially studio work. That's great!
For anything else I go to http://www.zuadobank.com or http://www.istockphoto.com :)
I think this site is pretty cool. They should have spent a little more time proofreading though. I have caught like 5 spelling errors already. But definitely cool.

thats all good when you have expensive camera equipment, and live in an interesting place...! (ill get a good one soon!) but there must be some good net resources for cool unedited images...
thanks for the links... ill check them outQuote:

:D
not too bad... i too have seen better sites. it took too long to load too. I did like the 3d graphics though those were pretty cool.
I liked in the loading screen the 3d orange triangles roatating around... Does anyone know if that's hard to do???
Loved the site, well most of it.
Just like any site..the small mistakes stick out in a site of such amazing tallent
the only thing that REALLY bugged me was the sound on the scroll up/down buttons. HOW HORRIBLE!!!! that just brings the whole site down.
the rest of it was great
Liked the other site someone posted too. simple, but very cool, and great music
also check out http://www.freeimages.co.uk for some pictures...not anything great, istockphoto is better, but you might find something you can use
you don't need an expensive camera, just one that works, a throwaway camera can take good pictures in good sunlight, they just have to be clear and well composed.Quote:

and live somewhere interesting? Most of the images i use are of roads or car parks or the inside of shopping malls, that kind of thing usually works best anyway, in general for that kind of bg image you want something clean and with strong lines, a lot is done in photoshop.
get off your ass :) go into town early in the morning and get empty streets or escalators, whatever you want!
that's an interesting site, lacking in content and those buttons are annoying at high resolution but it's well put together.Quote:
