Dang it!
I was over at a friends house and ran to jump up and grap the rim of his basketball goal...when my foot hit a wet mud patch at just the point I "stopped" to jump. Needless to say I landed on my back...and sprained my left wrist..and hand...it is really starting to hurt now that it has had a few hours to work up to it. :(
You realize how hard it is to type with a sprained left hand? Do you realize how many words have the letters Q,W,E,R,T,G,A,S,D,F,Z,X,C,V,B??? ;)

Be thankful! My cousin had an incident trying to slam dunk a basket ball and broke BOTH arms and BOTH were compound fractures (i.e bone breaking through skin) I've broke my arm compound too, very much pain indeed, second elbow, blood and a bone sticking out!
My poor cousin had to have his Mum wipe his ass for a while.
