How bout we change the signup sheet into an audition list. then, after you sign up, you send your best pic to me, I make an auditions only thread and post all the pics, then everyone but themselves decide who will be our team after picking the top ones!
I think that;'s why they agreed to start threads on monday :)
How about someone posts a serve, then we all get to have a go at it, then the best get picked?
