help with flash and ASP

I am having some trouble with making a form communicate with a form handler...

In the FLA, if you look at the libray, there is a symbol called "contactForm". All the input text boxes have variable names, and when the submit button is pressed, it seems as though the variables are posted to the ASP. I get the success message from flash that shows that the operation is successful.

Howver, i am not getting the mail.. Can someone look over the ASP and the FLA and try to find out what i did wrong?

The script for the ASP page is a slightly modified verison of a script provided by http://www.dimac.net because my ISP uses their JMail program for mailing from web pages..

Duplicate post will be placed on the Flash MX.. Not sure which end the problem is on, so i figure i'll get both...
