email page

I would like to create an email page with the required information needed already formatted; first off can it be done in swish and converted to .SWF correctly? Secondly does anyone know how or can point me to a tutorial or better on this?

Swish can't do action forms yet so you can buy one here and have it customized http://www.swish-tutorials.com/forum/ or you can go here and use their free sample http://www.swish-db.com/ or you can use a java code to create a form on a seperate html or pop up page. .
