working finace calculator

Ok, think i got it. This fun filew should produce a working calculator for home mortgages. (For the USA anyway, don't know if its the same elsewere but the theory). The concept could be used for any type of situations like car financing or the like. The equations used here for this are from the flashkit database, They are not mine.

If you create your textfields with AS, you can set a screen that restricts character input to numbers. Saves on the validation effort - but adds to the setup code, i guess.
