anyone else having this problem?
When I try to download a movie, a dialog box pops up asking "authentification required".
I enter in my correct username and password...but it keeps popping up...can't get past it, I have to cancel, which aborts the download.
Anyone out there any experience of same ?

I wonder why I cannot download the movie direct from Flashkit. I was online yesterday and had no problems then.

m3m. I just rec'd your email and tried it. I didn't have a problem either. I moved your thread to the feedback forum. If anyone else is having a problem, hopefully they'll find this thread and speak up.

The kind poster chap from novia scotia above uploaded the file to his own server for me, so I was able to get it from there.
Will come back later and try downloading the same one again and report back...may have been a glitch on my side..

I'm having the very same problem with several of the files.

So you're clicking the download link on that page? Several people have tried it and it's working for them.
Yes. It gives the same error as the original poster. It asks for a username and password, but even when I enter that stuff, it won't let me download it.
In fact, it was working for two or three dloads, but then quit working all of a sudden.

Basically, we put a system into action to prevent people from stealing content and this was one of the snags. Sorry bout the inconvenience.
