is it possible to make it so when u click on a header text that it will get rid of some text and make room for more and make the new text come in?

There are a number of different methods available that can be used to get the effect you're looking for.

I've attached an example that uses a Chooser element to change text when a button is pressed. Hopefully, it's close to the effect that you want.
