3M Mousing pad :D
I wouldn't get a gel one! I have a gel one (well I did)... and it ripped open (the gel part).. then when ever I put my rist down, it would stick to all the nasty gel stuff inside.. it sucked ;)
Buy an optical mouse and get rid of a mouse mat, works a treat.

What exactly does a mouse pad have to do with your elbows...Quote:

I have a wireless optical mouse that I don't use a mouse mat for. I use one of the following
My trousers
My desk
My wall
My table
The floor
My sofa
and sometimes a book or magazine

I have an optical house but I still use a mousepad. I guess its just a habit of mine. Then again, the desk this computer is at has a sheet of particle board on top so its for the well-being of the mouse to have the mouse pad.
i have an optical mouse...and i use a pad
probably because my mouse cant track very well on GLASS
edit: by "pad" stated above, i mean a mouse pad, and in no other way was this word meant.....you sick freaks! :p

I have two opticals - an Apple Pro Mouse, and a Genius Optical, I dont use a mouse mat, it would be too crowded :D
i use a optical mouse like one of those 4 button ones with the scroll it is awesome but it is like version 1.0 so it is not very accurate on wood with all the grain and what not but other wise better then mice with the balls in them.
Oh... I have the MS IntelliMouse Explorer. left, center, right click, scrool wheel and two customizable buttons on the side... It's really good when playing games and when browsing I have easy access to back/forward.
OK that's it!! im gonna get me a optical mouse!

My Logitech optical mouse (with scroll roller) doesn't use batteries, it's powered USB-style from the machine.Quote:
