Ideas for building flash-faq?

Hallo flashers,

in a previous topic someone suggested building a flash faq.
Together with someone else I'm already experimenting with a Ducth Flash Faq.

I want to ask you for ideas for building a faq-list.
Please post your ideas - also because Flashkit also wants to have a faq.

I need ideas about the content (what kind of questions, devided in which groups, etc) but also about how to build something like that (how to manage your faq-list etc).

we are also trying to implement an faq for our web sites. i work for a university (huge campus) and it's basically essential.

check out. http://www.rightnowtech.com/ and take the quick tour (in flash!). this is the product we'll be using, it's pretty kick a**.

here's another one. http://www.acdmis.com/ this one has a chat while your asking questions, it rings up a customer service rep. pretty cool, but it involves too much man power i think.

these faqs are html based not flash.
