PHP Cookies Variables Flash MX

I have got a problem with using a variable from a cookie created with a php script. The cookie creates ok and i can view the page number variable in a text box. When i try and use the variable it doesn't work, i am trying to gotoAndStop(curr) curr being the variable with the page number enclosed - nothing happens.

The php script is below and i have attached the fla. the bookmark feature is the part giving me a headache.


Can anyone help?
