Power book upgrade.
Hi all, im getting a Power book as a gift from a friend who doesnt even know what a mac is, he got it from his boss and since then it was sitting on his room eating dust.
Anyways the thing is that is a really old ver, i think is called the wallstreet powerbook, the specs:
G3 233, 2gb HD, 64 Mb Ram, 56k, 3.5", no usb, firewire, im not even sure about CD rom!!!!!
I want to be able to work and show work to potential clients on this thing, and since im going to be travelling a lot this and next year i want to be able to work with it, just the usuall graphic designer work, (Ps, Flash, Illustrator, Freehand) i know i can kiss video editing bye bye with that.
So the questions: Do u think upgrading it will be worth it? i really dont have the money to pay a new Pb right now.
Where can i buy them online that might be reliable, and specially that they can ship to Europe?
I was thinking to upgrade: HDD to 10 Gb, Processor to 500 mhz, Usb port, and 512 Ram, and of course if needed a Cdrom.
Im looking for the opinions of ppl that have done this before, and is it hard to do it yourself? i havent opened a mac before.
Ive found this site but u have to pay with paypal - which i dont have - and after seeing so many ppl complaining probably never will, and they charge the same amount for shiping if u live in the US, Argentina or Spain, that doesnt makes sense right?
Thanx.

Do you live near a apple store? My brother got a fairly new power book for not that much, it was a return. If you live close to one you can ask if they have any return power books.
