After looking through some Arena archives I noticed the country vs country battles and the amount of interest in them. So what I put forward is... Continent Vs Continent Fixtures

Nothing is definent but this is what I propose...

RULES:

: 476x768
: rotation allowed
: 100k only
: must contain element from previous image

TEAMS:

: 5 members per team
: teams must be made up of one continent
: first in best dressed but...
: decency should prevail if someone if obviously l33ter

SCORING/JUDGING:

: each volley is marked out of 10
: 10 bonus points are alloted for a round win
: once all teams have played each other all the points are totaled and...
: the team with the most points is awarded the coverted "unnoficial best fk continental team ever" and is free to brag for as long as they dam well please ;).

I thought it's been argued, ad nauseum, that the America's were one continent?

Anyway, count me in for North America.

although, the America's would make more sense, and dropping Antarctica would be other sensible item, IMHO.

yeah, anyway, you can join the america's. But i guess some people still won't agree with America being one continent. And some will question themselves: "why did they leave out central america". Anyway, it'd be cool to team up with gerbs. In one thread he's fighting me, in another one we fight together to conquer the flash world :D

My line of thinking was North America AND South America could both put together mad teams so what is the point of joining them? And I'm leaving Antarctica there, just for kicks ;).

Plus, if the Americas are joined everyone would get royaly whipped ;).

Australia and North America are looking good for the first round, so if anyone would be prepared to put aside some time to judge the thing that would be great. Swampy and Jambles seem to be fair and just, it's just a matter of whether they want to do it or not.

We (myself, gerbick and argonauta) have another battle going at the moment in The Arena and its title is threesome, and at the time of posting you were the only other participant.

yeah.. i would make north and south america americas a one sole continent as it was discussed in the lounge, mainly because separately you've nothing to do against the good ol' europe. :D:D
