I have a paypal account and i need to add a bank a/c. I did do that but when i entered my rowing number it says invalid number. I guess bank a/c is for us only. So how do i register a foreign bank a/c.

I just checked, When I go to profile - bank accounts, I can add a new bank, there's a button for US and a button for Dutch bank account(where I am located) does it work different for you?
