i don´t get it,why don´t you let developers work from somewhere else and communicate via icq/messenger/irq ?
i made several game projects with fellas living on the other side of the planet
We are a company involved with gaming in the gambling sense. We create soft pay to play game, casino style games and pools, sports games. We have a complicated backend system (built in house) which you have to talk to. For security reasons, only one IP address is allowed to talk to the backend.Quote:

We do outsource for some of the smaller projects and we have had work from people associated with flashkit. I actually got the job through this board a year and a half ago.

I'll let this thread die, i won't bump it again but if you know of anyone who may find this of value, please let them know, this is a valid job for one of the largest gaming companies in the UK.
Preference is for someone local though as we do not give a relocation package for this level.
