s/w designer needed

ok guys, i need a simple app created to execute vb code (which i will supply). it needs to be encrypted with amadillo, and i will need to update the vb code maybe once a week......i would also like to tie this app to each pc that uses it (the user will send a challenge key and i will send back the unlock key). i might also want 3 duplicates of this app, all identicle with the ecception of the main graphic.
