My only question is can you tell it says dbry ?
Thanks guys.

It looks cool, but the font doesn't make it that legible. I would pick a font that reads easier.
Well its not a font. I drew it. That was my main concern. Is it the Y you cant read?
The first 2 letters in particular look like an illustration (a nice one actually), but don't communicate the letters that they are supposed to.
I always try to make sure that what I design communicates what I am trying to say to the dumbest person on earth, then I make it pretty.
well im not sure what I want to use the site for. probably going to be design related in a non commercial stand point. so only smart ppl will go...i suppose?
the point is that your message or letters or words should be clear, not that you should focus on dumb people, but that smart people could misunderstand what you are trying to say because they don't have your point of reference.
your logo doesn't communicate the letters that you need it to. although it's smooth + nice.
well what if I think up a clever acronym for it like
"Dont Be Roudy Youngin'!"
but you know...clever.
Than they'll say "OOHHH DBRY! CLEVER!"
Try it and show it.
Might I suggest taking the shape you've used to define the top right portion of the "R" and top left portion of the "Y" and use this to define the negative space of the looped portion of the "d" and "b".
Try one image where this shape orientation stays the same as in your initial image (for all characters), and another where the shape for the "d" is reoriented 180 degrees.
Just my 2 cents!
Nice image!
good idea.
:D
just an additional opinion... why don't you create better shadows, so that the letters can be viewed with more ease? ;)
better?
