Question about a tutorial on FK

Hi, I found this tutorial: http://www.flashkit.com/tutorials/In...-844/more2.php

I downloaded the fla and am trying to adapt it so that I can use my images in it. The problem is, my images are a different size and mine are vertical the ones that came with the tutorial are horizontal. I'm not sure what I need to modify so that it will work. Can anyone take a look at the functions and tell me if they find anything that could need to be changed? All I did was swap the original images with mine.

Please help! I would appreciate it so much! :)
