Load movie and Ram

What happens as far as Ram goes when using load movie and daisy chaining swfs , is the movie that is unloaded when replaced by another flushed from ram ?

With the few experiences I've had, the RAM doesn't "flush" and after hours and hours of constant play (tradeshow animation w/built-in television commercials) it would crash the machine.

Granted, it was Flash 5 the last time I did that.
