Anyone know how the effect is created?

I looked at changing the RGB values but its not happening.

someone please help. There must be some tutorial out there that someone knows about.

It looks like alpha tweenings but are tweenings of the rgb values in the advanced settings. Having the values ( to the right ) to 256 will create a total white image. Making a tween of them going back to 0 will give you the effect.
