Resizing the frame

I just noticed that my frame is wider than it needs to be. When I shrink it it shrinks from both sides causing some elements to fall out of the frame. Is there a way to just pull the right side in, or an easy way to reposition all the elements on all the frames at once?

Drag and select all objects with the mouse, then use the scale tool.

Use menu bar Movie > Movie Width/Height and check the box at the bottom. To shift an entire movie inside the movie frame you can use menu bar Transforms near the bottom.
