Kool Moves Question

I want a certain area of a frame, shown zoomed in on,... in the finished movie. How do I do this?.........Thank you!.....Very new

Thanks M for the reply, and the info!.........But maybe I am not asking the right question....grrrrr. Heres the set up. I am in a frame(part of a finished production). I click on Options>Zoom
A Dragged Rectangle.....I do the rectangle, I magnify it x2...
I use the Pan Tool to position it. Now, I am seeing an enlarged view of a paticular section,K?....My question is,.....How do I make
what I am seeing,what the viewer will see?.........Thanks again!

This might help. I think your trying to make zooming effect or something. When you zoomed in 2x thats only for editing up close. It wont change anything about the movie. The only thing I can say is.
Select everything in the frame>go to transforms>scale
Then make everything bigger. So it looks like it's zooming in.
