Ot: Fdisk

Hi:

I don't think there is an appropriate forum for my question, so I'm posting it here:

2 years ago, I partitioned my HD. Now, I have to reformat (clean installs of my OS haven't worked), so I'm wondering, if I use "FDISK C:" will it reformat my entire HD, or can I set my C drive as the active drive, and just reformat it, leaving my D drive untouched?

In other words, I only have 1 physical drive, the 2nd drive is an extended DOS partition.


Any help will be greatly appreciated.
