Weird

Hi
Can anyone please look at this:

As you see I want to have this elastic effect when hovering the image, but I get problems with the images quality when I place the image in a second frame( Look at the samples).

Does anyone knows why?
please help, I've spent so much time now :)

Try and put this on the first frame of your movie...

_quality="BEST";
