HTML Help borderless

I Need help!!!

Im making a websit and i would like it to pop up a new window that has no IE control buttons and the window is located in the center of the screen.
I have seen it done http://www.tokidoki.it
this is a verry cool site..

And is there any problems associated with this
Like what if the viewer has a screen resolution of 800x600
and will popup blocker softwhere stop this from happining.

I can't speak for the 800x600.
Popup blocker does stop it, but they do have a "Click Here" link to launch the popup manually.

If you like, change your resolution to 8x6 to test it.
