good gsm cell /pda phone?

I'm looking at buying a pda/cellphone ...any suggestions? I'm looking at the Treo 600 right now and it's looking pretty good. It needs to be GSM.

Its not a PDA, but its still got everything I need. Motorola MPX200, Ive had it for about a year, sometimes I love it, sometimes I hate it!! Smart phone is pissing me off today. :mad: Froze at least 5 times...

oh I forgot...it has to have the option of Wi-fi...either built in or an sdio slot for wifi. I'll have access to wifi at home and at school (where I'll be most of the time).
