I paid for Koolmoves via paypal swreg.com about an hour ago, with registration code to be delivered via email.
I have not received my registration code as of yet and would like to be able to use the program. Can you tell me how long this usually takes? Generally, online transactions are fairly instant, is there a problem with this one?
Liked the demo, hate to wait!

Hummn.. apparantly, I'm the only one that's ever had this problem? It's now tomorrow, the need for the program is now. I guess I'll have to reverse the charges and buy a different program?? SWISH maybe? It's more money and I did not like it as well as this one but if I'm not going to get the reg code.. what are my options?
If this is a "support" forum... does anyone monitor it?
Certainly... nobody within either this place or the swreg.org site answer their emails....

I didn't see your email yesterday (you are on the west coast and I am on the east coast). Your transaction receipt was sent by SWREG. I will resend. I suspect that your anti-spam filtering blocked the email.
Bob, thanks, I got your email. I don't know if swreg ever sent it but if they did, my spam filter did not get them. If it had, I would have found it as I review all spams rather than delete them first. (I also have swreg.org whitelisted)Quote:

Sorry you got off to a bad start with Koolmoves.
Personally, I've been using Koolmoves for a while now and every time I've needed to get an answer to a problem, I have always had a quick, good response.
Good guys here - highly recommended.
