Nice work. Did you have a team do it or was it just you. I don't know much about website design, but this one is appealing with all the colors and animation. It doesn't confuse the user with useless animations like others, and it also gives a sense of space and easy navigation. Again, nice work.

actually, the web site is done 100% by me. this is something i can handle by myself, if the project isn't too huge that goes without saying.
but as mentionned, i have a team available to work on different projects, such as mobile gaming, music/sounds, more complicated sites using flash/php or php, etc...
anyway, i'm glad that you like it, i changed its visuals around 1000 times before the release... :p

Definitely a very well done design and sprites to boot. Pixel art and Flash were meant for each other. :p

I m ur big fan of ur flash work. last time , you make ur website like a game (using pocky rocky sprite) and inspired me to make my own flash game as well.

I have one minor complaint: It was a bit difficult to see which texts/images you could click on and which where just information/decoration. Most notably the text at the very top of the page. I was expecting to be able to click on it (pixel art, vector art, illustration, flash gaming etc.)

oh and i noticed a few deadlinks,they are in the sprites section when you click one of the buttons for the years and the sites for some games pop up.
there you have that globe image on the top with the related link text,well in some sections that is a dead link.
i agree with the others,i also thought the top texts would be navi buttons.
besides that its a very good balance of usability and stylish presentation.
on that point to ihoss comment: one of the arguments of 'antiflashers' (which they bring up against flash) is that flash is low on usability because you can´t do things which are standard features of browsers (like right click menus foor openeing links in new windows,selecting and copying/pasting text of a site etc.),so its actually seen as more pro to allow those things nowadays.
I love the pixel art, it's so retro.
