Flix Exporter and Telestream FlipFactory

I recently purchased the Flix Exporter for use with our installation of Telestream's FlipFactory 2.0. I am only being given limited options for the Flix Exporter from within FlipFactory. There are no 1-Pass or 2-Pass options, no options for VBR, etc...only basic stuff like resolution, frame rate, etc...

Is there additional configuration needed with FlipFactory to access these features?

How should I be access the Flix Exporter? It does not show up under Quicktime, but rather through a specific Flash Video option. Is this correct?

You have tutorials on your website for many different editing and transcoding applications. Why is there not one for FlipFactory?
