attaching a created movieclip

If I create a movieclip using actionscript, can I then somehow, use that clip and attach it to other movieclips in different threads?

in different threads?..... not sure what you mean by that... but if you create a movie using actionscript...i don't think it will be available for other timelines in other swf's...
i could be wrong.. but iu think it's only available in the movie it was created in...
