What SHOULD decide whether you hate them or love them though, would be how they respond to your problem, how quick they are, and whether they apologise for your inconvenience or not. And, if you're really lucky (we here aint), they'll stick something extra in the deal just to make you happy.
"Hate" is such a strong word.
