advice needed

well i wana put some sound on my games and sites but i was wondering what the best sound editing program is?? (so i can get it)

There are so many but only a few good ones! I like Sony Sound Forge for a standard audio editor. It will do anything you need as far as editing and processing. Steinberg's WaveLab is the best 'mastering' software on the market.
