Actionscript Portfolio Question

I'm not sure if this is the right forum or not for this kind of question. If it's not, I apologize in advance. But I'm trying to develop my portfolio and I want to try to go for an actionscript programmer position somewhere. I do alot of flash at my job, but unfortunately, a lot of the tasks that we do are quite limiting and not alot to show on a portfolio as far as actionscript.

So my question is, if you were an employer and looking for an actionscript programmer, what kind of things would you like to see in a portfolio for someone going for a position like that?

I'm not an employer...but I imagine some OOP and dynamic data loading would be good things...
