Macromedia Menu

I really like the look of the menu bar on www.macromedia.com homepage. Does anyone know of any tutorials that show you how to copy this effect. I would ideally like it to load the menu from an xml file.

Alternativly does anyone know of any free versions on the internet of this menu that i can edit for myself.

I am also fairly new to flash and dont really know where to start with this problem.

The Open SWF forum is dedicated to the development of swf authoring tools
such as 3rd party apps.

As far as macromedia's site navigation/content I believe it is coldfusion driven.
