problems with sound when leaving browser window

Hi
Happy New Year to everyone... I wonder if people are still as hung over as I am? trying to work at the moment is torchure.
I wonder if anyone might know if there is a fix for the following problem. I am loading 2 mp3s into a flash file using loadSound w/ streaming set to true. For some reason if you leave the browser window and bring another to the top level, leaving the page with the mp3 in the background the sound turns to a loud hissing noise like when you've got static on your tv. Is this avoidable? thanks for the help.

Doesnt quite make sense. When you launch another browser instance the page with the flash movie starts hissing?

what os and browser does this happen on?
do you have a link to this page so i can try it?
