Quick Question and advice

I need help on how to approach this:

I have a schedule that is updated on a daily basis. The schedule is of events during the entire year.. I want to be able to update it easily and post on different parts of the site.

Also would like the user to be able to print it out. So needs to be in some sort of format that is easily printed.

For now I have to manually update the schedule in a word file then go and update in each area on the site..

I know this has to be easily done but I am stumped..


Any help would be greatly appreciated..
