Who's the baddest cartoon supervillain?

So I'm finding myself watching Transformers:Cybertron and noticed that Megatron is not longer the "I'll cap you twenty ways 'til Tuesday" type of dude.

I mean... the original Megatron was gangsta... I mean, dude transformed into a gun.

Anyway, the old Megatron gets my vote... no doubt as the baddest cartoon supervillain out there...

and evil never dies... neither did Mumm-Ra. He'd just cackle like some drunkard and then hide into a casket for a while to recharge.

Venom, always has been, and always will be the best supervillain to me, with Dr. Doom as a close second

Well Batman (ala Adam West) had the best villians. Cesar Romero: The Joker, Burgess Meredith: The Penguin, Frank Gorshin: The Riddler. But that's not a cartoon.

Something that's always bothered me about cartoon villans.
Usually have all this hi-tech stuff around them, but they hire the dumbest people on the face of the planet to work for them....
I mean. Really.
I was always dissappointed by villans, if they are that evil and organized why surround yourself with idiots?
At least go to an agency and screen a few profiles, look at their SAT scores SOMETHING!

you dont hire smart henchmen.. or they will get to smart for there own good and try to be the super villian, at which point you have to kill them.

Gargamel was pretty bad ass.

Baddest. As in low production value, team rocket wins that.

Bad as in evil. you cant really get evil ones in kiddy cartoons, the worst they would do is steal someones bagel or something. And in the end 5 minutes somehow everything gets back to normal.

How could you all forget Pinky and the Brain? :D

I like Galvatron from the Cybertron series. Sure it's the same mold as Cybertron Megatron, but his colors are cooler.

Megatron/Galvatron has my vote as well.

OT: Which Starscream do you like better, the whiney starscream from G1, or the sinister one from Cybertron?
